*Qualifications: Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

· A Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

· Effective communication and teamwork skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools.

· Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Advantageous:

· Exposure to warehouse or supply chain environments.

· Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems.

· Participation in learnerships or work readiness programmes.

Development Opportunities:

· Exposure to large-scale DC operations and systems.

· Hands-on experience in process testing and improvement.

Responsibilities: Purpose of the Role:

To support the Distribution Centre (DC) testing team in validating operational processes, systems, and infrastructure prior to full-scale launch. Interns will assist in testing workflows, documenting outcomes, identifying inefficiencies, and providing feedback to improve DC readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Participate in end-to-end testing of DC processes.

· Assist in validating system functionality

· Document test results, anomalies, and improvement suggestions.

· Support data collection and analysis for process optimization.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

· Attend daily stand-ups and contribute to feedback loops.

· Assist in training simulations and onboarding readiness assessments.

· Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during testing.
