Role Overview: This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months. The role is Hybrid - The individual will be required to attend the office once a week. Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00am to 5:00PM SAST.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Organisational Development Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation and administration of primarily OD programs aimed at enhancing employee well-being within our Employee Wellness Program (EWP). The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate various OD initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and communication for training sessions, workshops, and OD sessions
- Assist in the operational implementation of OD sessions in collaboration with the wellness team and external vendors
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, feedback, and coaching effectiveness metrics
- Serve as a point of contact for client and internal stakeholders regarding the OD program inquiries, resources, and support
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in OD
- Administration & Financial Management of Account
- Effective and accurate maintenance of client information on relevant systems
- Effective collaboration with Lyra finance teams to ensure timeous invoicing and assistance with tracking of debtors
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administration, preferably in a wellness program or related area
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with wellness program management software/tools is a plus
- Passion for promoting wellness and improving employee well-being in the workplace
- Strong project management skills to deal with complex projects under time pressure
- Solid experience in working with data and programme reporting
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent English speaking and writing abilities
- Computer literate
- Must be fluent in English
