The Role:

As our
Production Manager
, you'll drive the entire production function, from planning and scheduling to team management, automation, and quality control. You'll own our delivery performance, ensure efficient use of people and equipment, and lead continuous process improvements across the production floor.

You'll work closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to support a seamless handover from product design to manufacturing, ensuring every component meets strict aerospace standards. We need a dynamic driving force to own the production floor, lead and inspire the production staff and has a passion for enhancing both those areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate sales forecasts into production plans
  • Schedule and manage all manufacturing, assembly, integration, test (AIT), and QC activities
  • Lead and develop a growing production team of technicians and technologists
  • Improve and automate workflows, testing processes, and equipment
  • Oversee quality management (QMS), non-conformance control, and documentation
  • Support customer queries and maintain product handover processes
  • Ensure resource availability (facilities, equipment, manpower) for planned output
  • Collaborate with procurement and PPOs to optimize sub-assembly manufacturing

  • On-time delivery of customer orders
  • High-quality, in-spec products with minimal defects reported
  • Increased production efficiency and capacity
  • Strong customer feedback and product support outcomes

What You Bring:

  • Engineering degree/diploma (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)
  • 5+ years' experience in production or manufacturing leadership (electronics/technical environment preferred)
  • Proven track record in driving output, leading teams, and improving processes and efficiency
  • Comfortable using ERP systems (Odoo a plus)
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for driving automation and continuous improvement
