I am on the hunt for a Senior Full Stack Developer to architect powerful solutions, drive innovation, and lead development across front-end and back-end systems

The Job:
  • Software Development: Design, build, and maintain innovative applications tailored to the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Technical Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and key technical decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with various teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Innovation & Exploration: Evaluate and integrate new technologies to keep solutions modern and effective.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Support Junior Developers and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams, with strong mentoring skills.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Proven ability to learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
  • Industry & Soft Skills: Hospitality sector knowledge is a plus; strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
