provides practical learning opportunities in mechanical and electrical systems, preventive maintenance, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects.

Support the maintenance team in daily plant operations, troubleshooting, and breakdown repairs.

  • Participate in preventive maintenance planning and assist with scheduling and execution.

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining milling equipment such as rollers, sifters, pneumatic conveyors, and electrical systems.

  • Collect and analyse data on machine performance, downtime, and efficiency for continuous improvement projects.

  • Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards.

  • Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical and electrical failures.

  • Support engineering projects, including process automation, energy efficiency, and equipment upgrades.

  • Document maintenance activities, prepare reports, and update engineering records.

  • Collaborate with the production and quality teams to improve plant reliability and performance.
