Overview

Maintain, plan and schedule Asset Care Data in the Computerised Maintenance Management System. All activities, roles and responsibilities are aligned to the world class (manufacturing) philosophy, principles and practices

Qualifications
  • N3 or N4 Engineering
  • Asset Care Software (CMMS)
Experience
  • 5-10 Years' Experience as an Artisan in a Manufacturing/Plant Environment
Duties

Asset Care:

  • Maintain Asset Care Database in CMMS
  • Maintain Scheduled Maintenance Database
  • Analyses of Repair work
  • Analyses of Planned and Scheduled work
  • Analyses of MTTR and MTBF per equipment
  • KPI Reporting and Feedback

Planning and Scheduling Work Process:

  • Work according to Planning and Scheduling Work Process
  • Work according to Planning and Scheduling Work Process as per Engineering Discipline
