Millwright Technician

𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘄𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 (𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲)

Responsible for daily planned preventative maintenance routines, fault diagnosis, repairs to equipment and service to production requirements.

𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬𝙡𝙚𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙:

• Knowledge of process systems (including electronics, control valves, PLC's, software and hardware, Mechanical experience)

• Troubleshooting, and repairs to all electronic, electrical, and computer-based equipment

• Ability to analyse electrical circuits.

• Conduct fault finding, testing and repairs.

• Knowledge both Single phase 220VAC and 3 phase systems up to 400VAC electrical systems

• Mechanical skills and understanding of Conveyor systems.

• Pneumatic and Hydraulic skills are required.

• Prior knowledge and experience on Robots would be an advantage.

• Prior knowledge and experience on laser cutting machines would be an advantage (trumph laser cutting machines)

𝙅𝙤𝙗 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:

• Artisan/Trade certificate (Qualified)

• Prepared to work shifts.

• Must be willing shifts and long hours if required.

• Standby and call out duties will be part of the vacancy.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Ensuring that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out daily

• Positive attitude

• Own transport

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙:

• Red seal trade test certificate with minimum three year's relevant work experience

• Minimum - N3 Certificate with Electrical trade Theory and 1 Mechanical subject.
