Position Overview:
The role provides essential financial and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the business. Responsibilities include bookkeeping to trial balance, processing invoices and payments, managing assets and company data, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position also involves co-ordinating reports, tracking special projects and metrics, and handling customer and supplier communication. With a balance of precision and organisation, this role supports both operational efficiency and financial integrity within the company.
Responsibilities Include (not limited to):
· Bookkeeping to trial balance
· Capturing and processing of invoices and payments
· Communicate with customers on the status of their accounts
· Asset Management
· Maintain a fixed asset register and process depreciation
· General daily administrative tasks
· Agreement and contracts preparation
· Company data updates
· Company reports consolidation
· Company metrics tracking
· Customer and supplier communications
· Issuing POs
· Assisting with following up with debtors for payment.
· Capturing manual invoices
· Preparing payment packs
· Tracking special projects
· Stationery and groceries management
· Maintaining detailed financial records
Qualifications:
· years' experience in a similar role.
· Previous experience using SAP
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office 365 and office management software.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
