Our client, a well-established Pietermaritzburg conveyancing firm, is seeking an experienced Bond Paralegal to join their team. If you have experience working with the Big 4 banks, strong attention to detail, and a passion for property law, this could be your next career move

Key Responsibilities:

Handle mortgage bond registrations and related documentation.Liaise confidently with banks, clients, and attorneys.Ensure compliance and accuracy in all bond-related processes.Support the conveyancing team with administrative and legal tasks.

Requirements:

Conveyancing (bonds) experience.Proven experience with the Big 4 banks (ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank).Strong organisational and communication skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Pietermaritzburg
