Role Description

The Wellness Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position located in Sandton. Responsibilities include engaging with current and potential clients to promote wellness and fitness programs, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in achieving club sales and retention targets. The Wellness Consultant will also deliver coaching and training sessions to promote healthy lifestyles and become an active contributor to creating a welcoming environment for all members.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of wellness principles and practices to guide clients toward healthier lifestyles.
  • Sales experience with proven results in achieving targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Experience in Training and Coaching individuals or groups to achieve wellness and fitness goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A fitness qualification or certification and prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and accommodate varying shifts where needed.
