To succeed in this role, you will need a solid academic foundation

a three-year Bachelor's degree in computer science, informatics, or business administration is essential. A postgraduate qualification would be a welcome addition, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning.

You must also hold an industry-recognised certification in Project Management, demonstrating your readiness to lead with credibility and expertise.We are looking for someone who brings 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in project management, with a proven ability to navigate the full lifecycle of projects—from planning and execution to delivery and reflection. Your experience should reflect a balance of independence and collaboration, showing that you can lead with initiative while fostering strong team dynamics. You understand the nuances of working across departments and with diverse stakeholders, and you know how to bring people together around a shared vision.

Skills Requirements

This role calls for a dynamic skill set that blends technical proficiency with people-centred leadership. You are well-versed in project management software and methodologies, including Agile and ITIL frameworks. You understand the system development lifecycle and the principles of data communications and IT infrastructure. You are comfortable serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating meetings that drive progress and engagement.

Flexibility is key—you are able to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines, and you are willing to travel or work overtime when needed to meet project goals. Your communication skills are strong, both written and verbal, and you know how to motivate, persuade, and build trust across teams. You bring emotional intelligence to your work, reading the room and responding with empathy and clarity. You are curious, capable, and committed to learning new technologies and approaches that keep us future-ready
