Site Inspector

Carpet Roles UK are delighted to be assisting their clients, a Specialist Supplier of Flooring to New Build Homes throughout the Midlands, South West, North West and Wales in their search for a Site Inspector to visit sites throughout the region and perform plot pre / post inspections for New Build developers.

We are seeking someone with a solid background in Flooring with the knowledge and skills to carry out accurate reports and to clearly communicate the results of the visits to the company head office where the Project Managers and internal teams will progress the works.

Further, the role will in our clients vision, also be a client facing Customer Service orientated role too whereby you will build close relationships with both their clients managers on site and also with the companies Project Managers and Fitters on site to ensure everything is running smoothly, reporting any issues as they arise to the companies managers at head office.

You will be an experienced in the flooring industry or Commercial Flooring Fitter, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as being prepared to travel extensively to sites throughout the above mentioned regions.
