· Oversee daily operations of broiler houses, including feeding, ventilation, chick placements, brooding, and bird health.

· Manage open sided houses to ensure optimal production conditions.

· Enforce biosecurity protocols.

· Managing and controlling poultry farming operations on the various poultry production sites.

· Liaising with feed mills and consulting external professionals (veterinarian, animal nutritionists, technical advisers and Abattoir) when needed.

· Ensure own team utilize poultry production equipment and poultry production facilities according to company policies and procedures including maintaining poultry equipment including poultry houses, sites, water supply, water treatment equipment.

· Monitor and ensure that broiler houses and general requirements comply with company regulations and standards as set out in their contracts.

· General management of staff including supervisors. To mentor and train all relevant employees to establish and maintain standards, best practices and processes.

· Analyzing and reporting on production data on a weekly basis to ensure various targets are met. To advise and support management on production, equipment, upkeep and conservation of broiler chicks.
