About the Role

Pro Supplies, a proud division of Pro Business Solutions, is seeking a motivated and client-focused Consumables / Office Supplies Executive. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy building strong relationships, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to and grow within our Office Supplies Division.

Responsibilities

  • Increase turnover and profit margins for the Office Supplies Division
  • Make weekly calls to new and existing clients
  • Conduct cold calling to secure new business
  • Generate new business monthly and achieve set targets
  • Assist clients with product queries and deliver excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide customers with accurate quotations
  • Keep clients informed of product offerings and new promotions
  • Liaise with suppliers where needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to generate leads and support sales
  • Office-bound role at our Durban location

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Matric Certificate
  • Strong business development skills (new business generation essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid product knowledge or willingness to learn office consumables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • CRM experience is an advantage
  • Valid driver's licence (travel to clients may be required)

Remuneration

  • Basic Salary: R6,000 – R8,000
  • Plus commission
