Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Acquisition Specialist located in Middelburg. The Student Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospective students, nurturing relationships with parents or guardians, and meeting enrollment targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach campaigns, managing inquiries, implementing acquisition strategies, and reporting on progress. The specialist will also collaborate across teams to enhance recruitment effectiveness and represent the Academy at events.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead generation, customer outreach, and sales processes
• Skills in relationship management, communication, and negotiation
• Data-driven approach to managing recruitment pipelines and meeting targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in education or student recruitment is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field
