The Opportunity: People & Culture Partner
We're looking for a
People & Culture Partner
to provide strategic people support across our divisions. In this role, you'll collaborate with business leaders to drive performance, enable transformation, and build a culture of engagement and excellence. You'll be a trusted advisor — shaping HR strategies that support growth, compliance, and organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with divisional leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead initiatives in
employee relations
,
talent management
, and
change management
. - Deliver consistent and compliant HR support across recruitment, performance management, and engagement.
- Drive transformation and compliance through effective
employment equity
and
BBBEE
practices. - Use HR data and analytics to provide insights that inform workforce decisions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma
in Human Resources or equivalent. - 5–8 years' experience
in HR partnering or generalist roles. - Strong exposure to
BBBEE, employee relations, and talent management. - Sound understanding of HR legislation, HRIS systems, and performance frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
