We are recruiting for an experienced Housekeeper to assist with the upkeep and management of the house. This is a stay-out role, working from Monday - Saturday, based in Zimbali, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key responsibilities but not limited to:

Pre-Arrival Inspection (at least 24 hours prior)

  • Verify cleanliness and condition of furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Conduct inventory check (kitchen items, linens, etc.).
  • Document findings in Pre-Occupation Inspection Report for guest review and signature.

Departure Inspection (on departure day)

  • Ensure property cleanliness and account for personal items.
  • Note damage to furniture, fixtures, or appliances.
  • Verify inventory.
  • Document findings in Exit Inspection Report for guest review and signature.

Daily Issue Reporting

  • Maintain daily reports on property concerns (maintenance, cleanliness, damages, missing items).
  • Immediately notify the Owner of damaged or missing item issues.
