Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wellness Coordinator, based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Wellness Coordinator will organize and manage wellness programs, coordinate wellness events, and assist with implementing employee assistance initiatives. The role requires engaging with employees to promote wellness, conducting assessments, analyzing data to address organizational health needs, and collaborating with internal teams to meet wellness goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program coordination and employee engagement activities
  • Knowledge of wellness program design, including Employee Assistance Programs and wellness assessments
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and creating actionable wellness reports
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for managing wellness programs
  • Relevant degree or certification in healthcare, wellness, psychology, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience within the wellness or human resources fields is preferred
  • own vehicle and valid drivers license
