Wash Bay Supervisor

• Manage all truck wash bay staff and facility (washing and cleaning the exterior of trucks and trailers)
• Must have supervisory skills, communication skills, time management, and be detail oriented
• Inspect equipment after each wash.
• Inspect, trucks, tarps, and trailers for wash quality.
• Move trucks into/out of bay and around parking lot (if required)
• Self-starter with high work standards that can take and give direction as needed
• Ensure daily targets and deadlines are met
• Reporting on weekly and monthly targets
• Manage wash bay staff attendance
• Ensure stock levels for wash bay are maintained
• Ensure that the correct chemicals and products are utilized and ordered timeously
• General housekeeping – in and around the wash bay
• Reporting any new damages to Management
• Ensure that environment is safe and complies with strict Health and Safety standards

Requirements

• Matric Qualification
• Previous experience in similar environment
• Clear criminal record
• Fluent in English – reading & writing
• Supervisory/Management experience
• PDP licence advantageous

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From R8 000,00 per month

• Nigel, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Code 14 (Required)
