Your Mission in the Winter Wonderland
Be the icebreaker for technical issues—troubleshoot and resolve problems swiftly
Deliver world-class customer service that warms even the coldest client day
Work solo in the field or as part of a blizzard-busting tech team
Research and implement cutting-edge tech improvements for clients
Mentor junior techs—because even snowflakes need guidance to form a strong avalanche
 
Your Gear (Tech Stack)
Networking Skills: Security+, Network+ or equivalent experience
Windows 10 Mastery: Printer issues? You'll melt them like spring sunshine
Microsoft Cloud: Office 365, Azure, Azure AD—if you know the difference between Office 365 and Microsoft 365, you're already ahead of the snowpack
Familiarity with Cisco, HP, Dell, Datto, Sophos—the ice axes of IT
