Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock movements are correctly captured and reconciled.
  • Coordinate daily dispatch operations — ensuring trucks are loaded accurately, documentation is complete, and deliveries are dispatched on time.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist in investigating variances or missing cargo.
  • Capture operational data such as load sheets, fuel usage, and equipment activity logs.
  • Track diesel consumption for warehouse equipment and report irregularities.
  • Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and communication across operations.
  • Support compliance with safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in warehouse, inventory control, or dispatch coordination.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends during busy periods.
