Job Description

Robin Trust Home-Based Care College (situated in Pinelands Cape Town) is a training school accredited with the QCTO, It provides Education and Training for the Home Based Care Course.

The Head of College is a senior position reporting directly to the General Manager

Key performance area:
• Comprehensive management of the College on all generic administrative processes in relation to education and training as well as active participation at Management team level within the organisation.

To be considered for this role you need to have the following requirements:
• Be a Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
• Possess a Master's degree with additional nursing qualifications in management, education and Community Health.
• HWSETA/QCTO assessor and moderator accreditation
• A minimum of 3 years proven leadership and management experience at  Senior College level
• Code 8 drivers licence.
• Must be able to build relationships and work in a team.
• Organisational awareness.
