The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

  • Managing all aspects of the Hatchery operations;
  • Managing staff of the Hatchery;
  • Achieving targets and objectives;
  • Stock control and accurate keeping of records;
  • Managing a strict Bio-security environment;
  • Adhering to OHSACT requirements;
  • Attending to after-hours alarms.
  • Implementing 20 keys;

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

  • B.Sc. Agric or Diploma in Agriculture;
  • He/ she must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills;
  • Must have at least years relevant Hatchery Management experience;
  • Computer literacy;
  • The candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail;
  • It is essential that the candidate have a passion for implementing 20 keys;
  • Must be able to work weekends and public holidays.
