How you'll role
As a Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing strategies to unlock scalable growth opportunities across ecommerce platforms. Your focus will be on understanding and optimizing the ecommerce growth funnel, from customer acquisition to retention. You will collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with a unified growth vision, breaking through plateaus and driving sustainable brand scaling.
What you'll do
- Analyze and optimize the ecommerce funnel to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, and influencer managers to achieve high-impact growth
- Translate performance metrics into actionable growth strategies
- Prioritize initiatives to ensure focus on activities driving measurable growth
- Develop and implement testing frameworks for acquisition, creative, CRO, and retention
- Monitor and report on performance while communicating learnings and next steps effectively
What you'll need
- 2+ years experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, or a similar role (agency background a plus)
- Strong understanding of paid ads, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills to translate data into strategies for creative and media teams
Bonus skills
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools, retention/CRM platforms, or analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for insights, creative testing, or automation
- Experience working with UGC creators, affiliates, or influencer-led growth campaigns
