West Rand Reaction Unit is looking for four experienced Guarding Controller to join our team. If you meet the requirements below and are ready to be part of a professional and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Minimum Requirements:
PSIRA Grade C or Above (registered and accredited)
Computer literacy (MS Office, etc.)
3+ years of experience in a security control room or call centre
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
No criminal record or pending cases
Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work shifts, extended hours, and under pressure
Strong ability to work independently and in a team
At least three contactable references
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain discipline, key control, and asset management while coordinating communication between security teams and clients. Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential for smooth operations, along with the ability to stay focused under pressure and make quick decisions.
