Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Physical Sciences Tutor located in Vanderbijlpark. The appointed Tutor will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging lessons, assessing students' progress, providing feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment. The tutor will also be responsible for communicating with parents and guardians about their child's progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Afrikaans language, both written and spoken
  • Experience in tutoring or teaching language skills
  • Strong organizational and lesson planning skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to students
  • Patience, motivation, and a positive attitude towards teaching
  • Experience working with kids and young adults is a plus
  • Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
