About the Role

As part of the Foreign Buyer Property Solutions division under Tax Consulting South Africa, you will support and lead operational, and compliance functions linked to international property investment. Your expertise will ensure clients navigate South African regulatory frameworks seamlessly.

Key Functions

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Assist with tax and legal compliance related to foreign property investment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory alignment
  • Liaise with SARS, legal entities, and financial bodies where required

Client Communication & Coordination

  • Draft professional communication for high-profile clients
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery across all engagements
  • Coordinate information flow between clients, agents, and internal specialists

Drafting and Communication

  • Draft emails on behalf of the team, ensuring professionalism and precision
  • Be meticulous when drafting, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in tax, legal, finance, or related professional sectors
  • Strong administrative, compliance, or advisory exposure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail with sound problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional, proactive, and able to operate independently
  • Interest in foreign investment and property sector dynamics
  • Excellent client correspondence abilities, both written and verbal
  • The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing to contribute extra effort when required to meet deadlines
