Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Headmaster at Cefups Academy, located in Nelspruit. The Headmaster will oversee all academic and administrative functions of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, student discipline, and communication with parents and community stakeholders. The Headmaster will ensure high standards of education and holistic development for all students, facilitate staff development, and uphold the values and ethos of the school.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Pedagogy skills
• Experience in Education and Educational Leadership
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven track record in a similar leadership role
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred
• Experience in boarding school management is a plus
