Bidvest Prestige is a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in South Africa. We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations at our East London branch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff supervision, client relationships, and financial performance.

2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

4. Monitor and analyze branch performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

5. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of staff members to deliver high-quality services and achieve performance targets.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

7. Collaborate with other branches and departments to optimize resources and share best practices.

8. Implement and oversee health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the facilities management or related industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
