The Role: Sales Executive (German Speaking) This is a high-impact role focused on outbound B2B lead generation and appointment setting with senior executives in global companies. You'll play a critical part in driving client growth by identifying qualified business opportunities and delivering quality interactions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, values quality over quantity, and has the drive to succeed in a global setting. Key Responsibilities Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or appointment settingIdentify and qualify new business opportunities across international marketsInitiate outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with prospectsSchedule and secure sales appointments aligned with client objectivesUpdate and maintain CRM records with attention to detailProduce accurate call summaries and progress reports for clientsParticipate in weekly update calls and quarterly performance reviewsConfidently engage with C-level executives and key decision-makersConsistently meet and exceed performance targets About You 1-2 years experience in a similar outbound B2B sales roleFluent in German and English (verbal and written)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong administrative and CRM management capabilitiesConfident speaking with C-level executives in global companiesMotivated, competitive, and target-orientedIndependent worker with a collaborative mindsetComfortable working remotely and aligning to UK business hours (8 am - 5 pm)
