- Successful incumbent will have a completed
**B.Com (Accounting / Banking) with over 10 years Business Banking experience**. KPI's include building, maintaining and growing relationships for the company and provide key insights to various stakeholders within the business. Research and assess potential partners based on the company's criteria; initiate discussions with potential partners; onboard partners; manage relationships and nurture partnerships; track, evaluate and report on partners performance; responsible for partners targets and performance; interface with credit, legal and marketing teams; conduct regular relationship-building onsite visits to partners; interact with business owners and/or senior management; prepare and present on the company as well as it's offerings at public events; and prepare and effect remedial actions on poor performing partners.
**Exposure to SME's as well as exposure to CRM's an MSOffice tools.**
