**Position**:Service Advisor

**Location**: Middleburg, Mpumalanga

**Start date**:As soon as possible

**About the role**: Service Advisor with experience in Automotive/Dealership/Commercial Industry experience required for a role within the Truck and Commercial Dealership industry.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Represent the dealership at reception, welcome customers, book in units for repairs/servicing.
- Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule, and book appointments, facilitate units and customer drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Assist with parts sourcing, and pricing and create quotes for customers' approval.
- Provide customers with feedback and information regarding the progress of unit repairs.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with fleet customers, to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Complaints handling to resolution.
- Any other related duties as required by the Managing Director and Workshop Manager when required.
- Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into dealership system.

**Requirements**:

- Min of 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor with a strong administration capability and expertise with a reputable Dealership / Vehicle / Truck or Commercial brand
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and systems (workshop management system)
- Experience with corporate dealerships / and volume brands
- Track record of reaching targets
- Exceptional customer service capabilities
- Excellent administrative abilities
- Grade 12 Matric + Driver's license
- Computer literate / Pastel / Excel / Kerridge / Pinnacle (adv)
- Customer friendly and service orientated.
- Able to work in a highly pressurized environment.
- Must have attention to detail.

- Position based in Middelburg. (external/non Middleburg based applicants' reason for relocation required)
