**Office Administrator/Receptionist**
As an Office Administrator and Receptionist, you will be the first of contact for our company. You will spend a large portion of your time ensuring the office runs smoothly.
**Key Duties**:
- Manage all office entry and exist procedure
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the office
- Work closely with Recruitment consultants’ team on admin
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and clean
- Participate in arranging and coordinating in-office engagement activities where needed
- Booking of the board room
**Requirements and Expertise**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist and Admin Administrator
- Proven work experience with Microsoft office suit
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Friendly and welcoming demeanour
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Must have your own car
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to R7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rosebank, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
