The Junior Accounting and Administrative Assistant will assist the bookkeeper with day-to-day accounting tasks and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth functioning of accounting and admin-related operations. Some key responsibilities include:
**1. Accounting Support**:
Assisting with the preparation and processing of financial transactions, and monthly financial reports.

**2. Payroll and Employee Time Management**:
Monitor and manage employee attendance, Calculate employee work hours and prepare timesheets for payroll processing, Address discrepancies or anomalies in attendance data.

**3. Administrative Tasks**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Educational Background: Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field preferred; Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is advantageous, Technical Proficiency: Pastel accounting and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); Numerical Skills: Strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail; Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and support the bookkeeper and other team members.
