**Job Purpose**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Grade 12
- Certificate in Road Transport Management (or studying towards a diploma)
- 4 - 5 years relevant experience in the Road Transport industry
- Sound working knowledge on hazardous and non
- hazardous products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning of work load and controlling drivers and assistants
- Ensure servicing of trucks and trailers are scheduled, planned and executed timeously
- Monitor daily volumes in line with forecast
- Meet customer deadlines and requirements - on time delivery
- Ensure roadbook is kept updated or journals are up to date
- Ensure the correct customer rate, volume and kilometers are applied prior to submitting invoices to clients
- Ensure TMS is update on a daily basis and all waybills are captured on a daily basis
- Control cost to minimum without compromising the required standards and regulations
- Build and maintain professional but cordial relationships with the clients
