Hours: Full time

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson plans
- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students
- Help students with assignments and classwork
- Monitor student progress and behavior
- Assist with classroom management and discipline
- Help prepare materials and resources for lessons
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of child development and educational practices
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus
