**Job Experience & Skills Required**:

- Minimum of ± 10-years experience as a construction lead in the mining industry (or equivalent).
- Technical Degree + Proven knowledge of MS Projects and Primavera
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Working within the established project management framework and standards of the Client to ensure consistency and alignment with our corporate objectives.
- Collaborating with internal project teams and stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
- Assisting in project risk management, issue resolution, and change request management.
- Coordinating and facilitating project communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Producing project status reports and conducting regular project review meetings.
- Ensuring project compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Providing guidance and support to construction leads and project execution leads to help them manage the work effectively and efficiently.
- Monitoring project progress and identifying issues or risks that may impact the project schedule or budget.
- Collaborating with the internal project team to develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensuring that all work is conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and Client standards.
