ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position is for a Risk and Performance Analyst with a respected Asset Consultant Company.

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Providing portfolio investment analysis and reporting services in relation to asset owners, asset managers and service providers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily, monthly and quarterly retrieval, validation, reconciliation, analysis and preparation of data
- Data interrogation and analysis
- Client report generation
- Checking of reports generated by other Analysts
- Interpretation and analysis of report results
- Submission of reports to clients
- Communication with clients and responding to report queries
- Ad hoc analyses
- Identify inefficient areas of data flow processes and assist in increasing efficiency

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

- Assist fellow team members within the immediate team
- Interact with Clients
- Assist analysts responsible for data processing
- Assist analysts responsible for data management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Undergraduate degree with a financial focus or strong maths or stats skills
- Honours preferred and inclination to complete the CAIA, CFA or FRM charter
- Graduate position - 6 months to 1 year’s relevant experience
