**Requirements**:

- A relevant National diploma or higher in Information

Technology

Windows and Linux certifications will be given preference
- Experience in Microsoft Windows, Linux (Red Hat, CentOs

and Ubuntu), virtual environments and server hardware
- Experience in voice over IP technologies, including IP

Telephones, IP PBX, Session Border Controllers and SIP
- Experience or sound knowledge of networking and firewalls,

including VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH and FTP
- Minimum of two (2) years Information Technology industry

experience, including experience in end-user technical
support
- Own vehicle and a valid Code B driver’s licence

standby when required.
Key Performance Areas
- Project management and operational support regarding voice

platforms and internet connectivity
- Functional and technical support
- Draw up a technical system or network drawings under close

supervision
- Perform specific administrative functions
