**Position Overview**:
We are looking for highly motivated and goal-driven Outbound Sales Call Centre Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, offering them valuable debt management services, and explaining how Baraka Group can assist them in improving their financial situation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided by the company
- Engage with customers to understand their financial challenges and offer suitable debt management solutions
- Present Baraka’s services in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing customer needs
- Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve overall sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (sales or customer service qualifications are a plus)
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve sales targets
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- A positive, resilient, and target-driven attitude
