**Sportsmans Warehouse - Branch Manager Cape Town (W.Cape)**

The following Branch Manager opportunity has become available within the Cape Town (W.Cape) Region.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 10 years’ in-store retail (sales) experience - corporate exposure preferable
- 5+ years’ Branch/Store Manager experience
- Staff Management (min. 15 - 20 full-time, permanent staff)
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)
- Clear Credit
- and Criminal Record
- Proven track record in shrinkage
- and expense (asset) control, turnover generation and exceptional customer service delivery
- IR experience
- Computer literate (Outlook, PowerBI, MS Word/Excel) including strong numeric competency
- Good verbal
- and written communication skills, target driven and exceptional leadership skills
