**Minimum Requirements**:
Qualifications and Experience:

- A recognised teaching qualification (REQV 13) or higher
- Expertise and no less than 5 years' experience teaching and coaching in the Intermediate / Senior Phase of a Primary School
- Proven experience teaching English, Mathematics and Science at the intermediate phase level
- Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated experience in promoting inclusion and belonging within a school setting, preferably in boys' education
- Familiarity with strategies that support diversity, equity and inclusion in educational environments
- Strong classroom management skills
- Must be computer literate and proficient on the Google platform
- Registration with the South African Council for Educators (SACE)
- Police Clearance and Child Protection Clearance Certificate required

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in English, Mathematics and Science
- Develop and implement curricula that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
- Foster a classroom environment that emphasises inclusion, respect and a sense of belonging for all boys
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and sustain an inclusive school culture
- Engage in continuous professional development focused on inclusive education practices
- Communicate effectively with boys, parents and staff to support development
