We are looking for an energetic, creative Cook/Chef to work Observatory, Cape Town.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality is advantageous;
- 3+ years Chef experience within a medium to large business is essential;
- Ability to work flexible hours;
- Neat and presentable;
- Good communication skills (Fluent in English).
- Ability to use Initiative, be proactive and self-driven Attention to detail pertaining to food quality, presentation, preparation and portion control.
- Managing and maintaining high standard of kitchen hygiene, food storage and work practices
- Good daily planning and forecasting planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R6,500.00 per month
