The acquisition and maintenance of GUESTS

To greet and offer assistance to GUESTS arriving at hotel entrance, i.e. GUEST’s luggage and belongings from vehicle to GUEST’s room. Performs rooming procedure for GUESTS

Performs related duties as may be instructed by Management & Reception, e.g. delivering newspapers, telexes, etc. to GUEST rooms

To welcome and offer directions i.e. conference rooms

Perform duties that are not within your prescribed job description

Guest Arrival Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.. Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Arrival Experts - to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

**Requirements**:
Must have Matric (Grade 12)

Excellent communication skills

Friendly and GUEST Service Orientated

Positive attitude Ability to work in a TEAM environment

Well-groomed and professional

Understand the importance of GUEST security

Able to control and coordinate GUEST belongings

Able to work shifts
