Marketing Administrator

We are a dynamic outdoor advertising company that offers branding solutions, dedicated to enhancing brand visibility for businesses. We do this by advertising on the vehicles of our 5000-strong driver fleet who complete trips across South Africa daily.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our team. If you have excellent organizational skills, and communication abilities, and can manage the booking system for box branding deployment, we want you to play a critical role in our business unit.
**Job Overview**
As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the booking system and your responsibilities will include scheduling branding installations, tracking driver progress, and preparing reports for driver payments.

**Qualifications**:
- Matric or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with drivers, VQTs, Merchandise and E-commerce Account Assistant and Driver Comms Manager.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
- Proficient in MS Office, using scheduling and reporting tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer skills for report preparation and data reconciliation.
