We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Hydraulic Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**: Matric or equivalent.
- Relevant National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent with **10 years of experience**, OR a **qualified artisan** with **15 years of relevant experience and expertise**.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, cylinders, and overhauling best practices.
- Proficiency in computer literacy (intermediate to advanced).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **technical support** to the Sales Team and during customer visits.
- Diagnose and resolve **hydraulic failures**, draft detailed failure reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the **implementation and optimization** of hydraulic component systems.
- Train staff on the **installation, functionality, fault-finding, and maintenance** of hydraulic components.
- Provide guidance on **oil and fuel filtration installations** to enhance system reliability.
- Monitor and report on **oil analysis results** to ensure hydraulic system health and efficiency.
- Manage and execute **hydraulic audits** to maintain system compliance and performance.
- Ensure alignment with **ISO compliance** standards in all operational activities.
- Facilitate **coaching and mentoring programs** to develop and upskill staff.
