A global cutting-edge technology company is looking for talented Technical ServiceNow Consultant to deliver their ServiceNow Portfolio. This is a hybrid role based in Rosebank, Johannesburg.

**Qualification**:
**Skills & Experience**:
The key purpose of the role is the delivery of their ServiceNow portfolio. They are looking for a confident and experienced individual who is up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow technology and in particular IT Workflow capabilities. You will be expected to be engaging with our customers as well as managing expectations and providing best practice recommendations and solutions. You will be working within the delivery team, bringing to bear your service management and platform expertise. You will be presented with opportunities to learn from the team members around you and will play an active role in the delivery of the technology services.
- Bachelor or Masters degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experienced in configuring/building ServiceNow solutions for customers
- Experience with client and server-side scripting
- ServiceNow - Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow - Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
- ServiceNow - Certified Application Developer is desired
- Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML and JSON desired
- Experience with any of the following is desired: JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, Node.js
- Experience in gathering requirements
- Ability to work with business users and clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-serving attitude
- ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
