**About the Role**: We’re looking for a skilled **Fabricator** with a strong foundation in **woodworking** to join our creative and hands-on team. From custom furniture and display builds to one-of-a-kind installations, you’ll be working on a wide range of projects that demand precision, practical problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail. While wood will be your main material, we need someone confident across various fabrication techniques and materials — someone who can adapt, build, and bring concepts to life. **Responsibilities**: - Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and briefs - Cut, shape, and assemble wood-based components with precision - Operate woodworking machinery (table saws, planers, routers, etc.) safely and efficiently - Integrate other materials (metal, acrylic, plastic, etc.) into builds where needed - Handle finishes, joinery, and detailing for a polished final product - Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet project goals - Manage time effectively and work to deadlines - Maintain workshop equipment and a clean working environment - Assist with installation and on-site assembly when required * **Requirements**: - Proven experience in woodworking and general fabrication (minimum 3 years preferred) - Solid understanding of materials, joinery methods, and tools - Ability to fabricate from scratch and work with mínimal supervision - Competency in other fabrication techniques (metalwork, CNC, laser cutting, etc.) is a big plus - Ability to problem-solve and adapt during builds - Attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset - Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials - Own transport is an advantage - Team player with a can-do attitude and pride in their work **Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)**: - Finishing and painting skills - Welding experience - Knowledge of installation techniques for exhibitions or retail displays - Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment "Fabricator Job Application" Application Question(s): - Do you have welding experience? - Are you able to operate a CNC and a Laser Cutting Machine? **Experience**: - Wood Working: 2 years (preferred) - Welding: 1 year (preferred) - Event Installations & Exhibitions: 1 year (preferred)
