Responsible for Controller receipting, workflow distribution and ensuring that Service Level Agreements and time frames are met.
**experience and qualifications**:
- Diploma.
- 2-3 Years related experience.

**responsibilities**:
- Control operational losses (teller's differences, staff defalcations and interest claims and Deferrals) within the Cluster.
- Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies for the Team.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members.
- Deal with customer complaints, relating to collection activities and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Responsible for Controller receipting and workflow distribution.
- Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements and time frames are met in the cluster.
- Uphold and ensure staff adherence to service standards and behaviour required in the cluster for service and process execution for maximum productivity.
- Manage own development to increase own competencies.
- Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
