A market leader in fashion and apparel retail representing various local and international brands is employing a Visual Merchandiser on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an established, but rapidly expanding fashion house. The main objective of this position within one of the business’s international men’s wear divisions, will be to create an enjoyable shopping experience for the customer. This position will be based in their Johannesburg office, but travel to various retail locations will be required from time to time.

The role will need to support the business and stores sales goals through execution of creative merchandise presentations, seasonal fashion trend statements, three-dimensional visual presentations, promotional events, and fashion-forward displays. The incumbent ensures the implementation and adherence to the brand specific visual merchandising standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of retail experience as a visual merchandiser
- Ability to manage, train, and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Creative mindset
- Sales and target driven
- Own transport
- Computer literate

**Salary **- R15k to R18k, dependant on experience
